Last updated 8 November 2026

Wardrobe Atlas (wardrobeatlas.eu) helps you catalogue your clothes and footwear and build outfits from them. This page explains what it stores about you, why, who else handles it, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests: privacy@wardrobeatlas.eu.

What we store

Photos are never stored. When you sample colours, the photo is read in your browser and only the colour values are kept. It is not uploaded to our servers or saved anywhere.

Why

Only to run the app for you: to sign you in, keep your wardrobe, and work out outfits, coverage and suggestions from it. Nothing is used for advertising, sold, or shared with anyone beyond the services that run the app (below). The legal basis is providing the service you signed up for.

Signing in with Google

If you choose Google, Google tells us your email address, name and profile picture, and nothing else: we ask only for basic profile access. We use them only to create your account and sign you in. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, files or anything else in your Google account. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Who else handles it

Some of these companies may process data outside the EU. Where they do, they use the EU’s standard contractual clauses for the transfer.

Cookies

Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers. The app also keeps a copy of pages you’ve opened on your device so they work offline; signing out clears it.

How long

As long as you have an account. When you delete your account, everything you entered is deleted with it straight away. Copies in the providers’ backups expire on their normal schedule.

Your rights

You can see and change everything you’ve entered in the app. In Settings you can export all of it as a file and delete your account and all of it permanently. You can also ask us at privacy@wardrobeatlas.eu for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or object to how it’s used. If you’re in the EU or EEA you can complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes and we’ll say so in the app.
